Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all our plans. This gives you full access to all features included in your selected plan so you can experience the benefits of Optify ERP before committing.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features will be immediately available. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment solutions popular in Egypt. For annual plans, we can also arrange customized payment schedules to fit your business cash flow.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you approach or exceed your plan limits (like number of invoices or customers), we'll notify you so you can either manage your usage or upgrade to a more suitable plan. We never abruptly cut off access to your data or critical functions.

Is my data secure with Optify ERP?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security protocols, regular backups, and strict access controls to ensure your business information remains protected at all times.

How do the annual billing discounts work?

When you choose annual billing, you essentially get 2 months free (a 17% discount) compared to monthly billing. For example, the Business plan costs 800 EGP monthly (9,600 EGP for 12 months) but only 8,000 EGP when billed annually, saving you 1,600 EGP.

What kind of support can I expect?

Support varies by plan. Starter users receive email support during business hours. Business plan users get email and chat support. Enterprise customers receive priority email, chat, and phone support with faster response times. All plans include access to our knowledge base and video tutorials.

Can I customize Optify ERP for my specific industry?

Yes, our Enterprise plan offers customization options to adapt the system to your industry-specific needs. For special requirements, we can also provide custom development services at additional costs. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer training for new users?

Yes, all plans include basic onboarding support. We offer two hours of free training to get your team up and running. Additional training sessions are available at 300 EGP/hour. We also provide comprehensive documentation and tutorial videos.

What is the AI Access feature coming to Enterprise plans?
